RPA, a $3 billion grant making foundation, came to mindSHIFT because the organization’s IT faced consistent interruptions and failures. We worked with their geographically dispersed staff to design a solution that leveraged cloud technologies wherever possible to improve performance and make communication and collaboration seamless with no reported downtime. Additionally, mindSHIFT’s unique expertise with applications for nonprofits helped RPA to manage fundraising, accounts payable/accounts receivable and donation tracking more efficiently.
